Shipping your package

Packages are usually dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are sent via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with UPS Extra with signature required, an additional charge will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging and postage. Packaging costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping costs will apply to each. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected.
